Club 210 is an award-winning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club, creating champions since 2017. We're opening a new home in Flitwick & Ampthill, Bedfordshire: BJJ in the gi, no-gi, submission grappling, striking and strength & conditioning, all under one roof.
What we'll teach
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
The gentle art: takedowns, positional control and submissions, trained in the gi. The core of everything we do.
No-Gi
Jiu-jitsu without the kimono, in rash guard and shorts. Faster, grip-free grappling with leg locks, wrestling and scrambles.
Submission Grappling
Live rounds to the tap. Wrestling, guard work and finishes, the way the competition team trains.
Striking
Stand-up to round out your game, on the same mats as the grappling.
Strength & Conditioning
Power rack, bench and dumbbells in the gym, built around what grapplers need.

- What's the difference between BJJ and no-gi?
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is traditionally trained in a gi (the kimono), so you can grip the collar, sleeves and trousers. No-gi is the same art in a rash guard and shorts, with no cloth grips, so it's faster and leans more on wrestling and leg locks. We teach both.
